Capability

Trusted Garment Washing Manufacturers with Full In-House Wash Capability

Garment dyeing and washing is one of the most effective ways to differentiate your product from mass-market alternatives. No two acid wash batches are identical. No two garment dye lots produce exactly the same tonal result. This natural variation is precisely what makes washed and dyed garments desirable — and ZN Apparel Manufacturers controls it in-house.

Wash and Dye Treatments We Offer

Fig. 01 — Acid Wash

Acid Wash

A two-stage treatment using chlorine bleach and pumice stones to create a distinctive, non-uniform bleach pattern. No two acid wash batches are identical — this is the intentional character of genuine acid wash. Most effective on 100% cotton garments.

Fig. 02 — Stone Wash

Stone Wash

Garments washed with pumice stones to create a classic, worn-in appearance. Reduces stiffness in new fabric, softens hand feel and creates subtle surface texture. Available on cotton and denim garments.

Fig. 03 — Enzyme Wash

Enzyme Wash

An enzymatic treatment that digests surface fibres to create a slightly faded, lived-in appearance and premium soft hand feel. Subtler than acid wash — appropriate for brands wanting a refined vintage character.

Fig. 04 — Garment Dye

Garment Dye

Fully constructed garments submerged in a dye bath for all-over colour application. Produces rich, saturated colour with natural tonal variation at seams and trim. Available in any colour.

Fig. 05 — Overdye

Overdye

A second dye colour applied over a first — creating complex, layered tonal effects that solid-colour dyeing cannot replicate. Popular for fashion-forward brands seeking unique colourways.

Fig. 06 — Tie-Dye

Tie-Dye

Classic and contemporary tie-dye patterns including spiral, crumple, section and ombre techniques. Custom colour combinations and placement patterns developed during sampling.

Facility

The Best Garment Wash Manufacturer in USA

In-house wash capability separates ZN Apparel Manufacturers from most garment manufacturers — the majority outsource wash treatments to third-party facilities with no direct control over results. Our in-house facility means wash formula, treatment duration and post-wash finishing are all managed by our team, producing more consistent and predictable results for our clients.

FAQ

Garment Dye & Washes, answered.

Can I see a sample of the wash treatment before bulk production?

Yes. A wash sample is always produced and approved before bulk wash production begins. For acid wash and garment dye, you approve a range of acceptable results rather than a single exact standard — because natural variation is inherent to these processes.

Can wash treatments be applied to already-printed garments?

Some wash treatments — particularly enzyme wash and stone wash — can be applied after printing, though this affects the print. Garment dye and acid wash are typically applied before printing or to unprinted garments. Our team will advise on the correct production sequence for your specific combination.
