Manufacturing Standards at ZN Apparel Manufacturers
ZN Apparel Manufacturers operates a multi-point quality control system across every bulk production run — AQL 2.5 level inspection, in-line sewing checks, 4-point fabric inspection on incoming materials and pre-shipment photo documentation. Our fabric and production standards meet OEKO-TEX, BSCI and ISO 9001 requirements. Every brand we work with benefits from the same quality system regardless of order size.

Trusted Apparel Manufacturer with Industry-Standard Quality Control
Quality control is not a single inspection at the end of production, it is a system applied at every stage. ZN Apparel Manufacturers applies QC at four points in every production run, with non-conformances identified and corrected before the order reaches the next stage.
4-point fabric inspection on all incoming materials
Pattern and cut piece inspection before sewing begins
In-line QC during sewing — checked at every 50 units
Post-production AQL 2.5 level final inspection
Pre-shipment photo documentation sent to client for approval
Measurement audit against approved tech pack at every inspection
Four Checkpoints, Every Production Run
Incoming Fabric Inspection
All incoming fabric is inspected using the 4-point system — a standardised method for assessing fabric defects. Fabric with defect rates exceeding acceptable thresholds is rejected and re-sourced before cutting begins.
Cut Piece Inspection
After fabric is cut into garment panels, cut pieces are inspected for accurate dimensions before being bundled for sewing. Incorrectly cut pieces are identified and removed before they enter the sewing process.
In-Line Sewing QC
Our QC team checks garments at every 50 units during the sewing process. Construction, seam quality, label placement and pocket alignment are all assessed. Issues are corrected in the same shift — not discovered at the end of a production run.
Final AQL 2.5 Inspection
A statistically significant sample from the completed bulk order is inspected against your approved sample and tech pack. Major and minor defects are categorised and compared against AQL 2.5 acceptance criteria. Orders passing inspection are approved for packaging. Orders with non-conformances are put on hold for correction.

Quality & compliance, answered.
Can you provide compliance documentation for my brand's buyers?
Yes. We can provide OEKO-TEX fabric certificates, BSCI audit documentation and test reports on request. These are increasingly required by major retailers and e-commerce platforms for brand onboarding.
What is AQL 2.5 and why does it matter?
AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) 2.5 is an international standard for the statistical inspection of production lots. It defines the maximum number of defective units acceptable in a sample without rejecting the entire batch. AQL 2.5 is the standard used by most major fashion retailers — applying it to every order means our quality standard matches what major brands require of their manufacturers.
