MOQ and Ordering
What is your minimum order quantity?
100 units per style per colour. Each colourway of the same style requires its own 100-unit minimum.
Can I mix sizes within my 100-unit minimum?
Yes. Mixed sizes within one colour count as one style. For example, 20 XS, 30 S, 30 M and 20 L is a 100-unit order of one style in one colour.
Can I order different styles in the same production run?
Yes. Multiple styles can be included in the same production run. Each style requires its own 100-unit MOQ. Your project manager coordinates all styles simultaneously.
Sampling and Production
Do I need a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. A pre-production sample is required before any bulk order begins. This is mandatory — it protects both you and us from bulk production errors.
How long does sampling take?
7-10 business days for most garment types. Complex constructions such as jackets and denim may take 12-15 business days.
How long does bulk production take?
2-3 weeks for most garment types after sample approval. Jackets and outerwear take 4-5 weeks. Denim and woven trousers take 3-4 weeks.
Is the sample cost refundable?
Sample costs are not refunded but are credited in full to your bulk order on confirmation.
Pricing and Payment
How do I get a price for my order?
Submit your project brief via our Start Your Project page. A detailed itemised quote is returned within 24 hours.
Do prices decrease with larger quantities?
Yes. Volume pricing breaks are available at 300, 500, 1,000 and 3,000+ units per style.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (TT), PayPal for sampling, and letter of credit for large bulk orders. Payment terms are discussed at the time of order confirmation.
Private Label and Branding
Do you offer private label manufacturing?
Yes. Full private label manufacturing including woven labels, hang tags, heat transfer labels, poly bags and branded boxes is available from your first order.
What is the MOQ for woven labels?
Woven labels have a minimum of 500 units. They can be ordered alongside your garment production run.
Shipping and Delivery
What countries do you ship to?
30+ countries including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Germany, France, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia and more. DDP and FOB options available.
How long does shipping take?
Air freight 3-7 days. Sea freight 20-25 days. Express courier available on request.
Do you provide shipping documentation?
Yes. Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and any required compliance documents are provided with every export shipment.
