Sublimation Printing Manufacturer for All-Over Print Garments
ZN Apparel Manufacturers is a specialist sublimation printing manufacturer producing all-over print (AOP) garments for activewear, sportswear, swimwear and fashion brands.

Trusted Sublimation Printing Manufacturers with Full-Coverage AOP Capability
Sublimation printing works by converting solid dye into gas that permanently bonds with the polyester fibres of the fabric. The result is a full-coverage print with no raised texture, no cracking and no fading — colours become part of the fabric, not a layer on top of it.

What Sublimation Printing Is Best For
Activewear & Gym Wear
Sublimation is the preferred decoration method for leggings, sports bras, gym tees and compression shorts — the full-coverage capability and soft hand feel are ideal for body-conscious performance wear.
Sportswear & Jerseys
Football jerseys, basketball uniforms, cycling kits and team sports apparel — sublimation allows team colours, player names and numbers to be printed in a single production step.
Fashion & Streetwear
All-over print hoodies, t-shirts and co-ord sets using photographic designs, bold patterns and graphic-heavy artwork that screen printing cannot reproduce at full-coverage scale.
High-Quality Sublimation Printing Facility — Vivid Colours, No Texture
ZN Apparel Manufacturers produces all sublimation printing in-house — from artwork preparation and colour calibration to printing and garment construction. Sublimation garments at ZN Apparel Manufacturers are cut and sewn after printing — which means the print continues seamlessly across every seam and panel of the finished garment.

Sublimation, answered.
What fabrics can be sublimation printed?
Sublimation printing requires a minimum of 80% polyester content to achieve the best results. 100% polyester produces the most vivid colours. Cotton garments are not suitable for sublimation — DTG or screen printing is recommended for cotton.
Can you sublimate a hoodie?
Yes. All-over sublimation printing is available on 100% polyester hoodies. The hoodie is printed in panel form before construction — so the print continues across every seam with no interruption.
