Pattern Development
In-house pattern makers develop accurate base patterns from your tech pack, sketch or reference sample so construction matches your design intent before any bulk cutting begins.
ZN Apparel Manufacturers provides professional in-house pattern making and grading for clothing brands. From sketch, tech pack or reference sample to a fully graded size run — patterns are developed by our specialists before sampling and bulk begin.

Accurate patterns are the foundation of every garment we produce. Our pattern makers translate your design intent into production-ready patterns, then grade across your full size range so fit stays consistent from XS through 4XL.

In-house pattern makers develop accurate base patterns from your tech pack, sketch or reference sample so construction matches your design intent before any bulk cutting begins.

Patterns are graded across your full size run — from XS through to 4XL — with consistent proportions and fit maintained at every size.

Pattern adjustments flow into the sampling process so fit issues are resolved on sample rounds — not discovered after a bulk run ships.
Because pattern making sits in the same facility as cutting, sewing and sampling, your graded patterns move straight into production without third-party handoffs or file translation errors.

Strong patterns reduce sampling rounds and protect fit consistency across volume. Pair pattern making with our sampling and cut & sew services for a complete path from concept to packaged garment.
A tech pack helps, but we can develop patterns from sketches, reference images or a physical sample garment. Missing specs are clarified before the first pattern is finalized.
We typically grade from XS through 4XL. Custom size charts and specialty ranges can be discussed with your project manager.
Pattern development and grading are part of our full-service cut & sew workflow. Standalone pattern work is also available when you need patterns before committing to bulk.
